Through one-on-one coaching, I offer personalised support to help you thrive through menopause. You will receive tailored plans that include nutrition, exercise, stress management, mindset work, and spiritual practices.

A 6 week course that covers everything from diet and nutrition, exercise, mental health and wellbeing, to mindset, support and understanding and an actionable way forward specific to you and your lifestyle.
Including guidance, supporting materials and resources, such as worksheets, Ebooks, journal, hormone balancing aromatherapy elixir and more.
