Soma-Psych Alignment® (SPA) is a trauma-informed psychosomatic therapy that works with the deep connection between the mind and body to release unresolved stress, emotional memories, and physical discomfort.
Many difficult experiences are stored within the body and nervous system. Rather than needing to analyse or verbally revisit these experiences, this approach allows the body — the soma — to communicate what is ready to be released and realigned.
The session gently combines muscle response testing, light hypnotherapy or meditation techniques, and energy balancing practices to help identify and clear patterns that may be creating emotional or physical tension.
Because the process is content-free, you do not need to share or relive traumatic experiences in detail. Instead, the body guides the process, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and integration.
This therapy can help bring greater harmony between the body, mind, and nervous system, supporting deep transformation and emotional resilience.
