Each aromatherapy session is intuitively guided and professionally informed, blending plant medicine with therapeutic presence, intention and holistic insight.

What Is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of pure plant essential oils to support emotional, physical and energetic wellbeing. When inhaled or applied to the body, essential oils interact with the nervous system, limbic (emotional) brain, and subtle energy field — often creating a sense of calm, grounding, upliftment or inner balance.
In my work, aromatherapy is never “one-size-fits-all.” Blends are carefully selected and created based on your current needs — whether you are seeking deep relaxation, emotional support, nervous system regulation, grounding, clarity, or gentle energetic balance.

What Is Raindrop Technique?
The Raindrop Technique is a gentle yet powerful aromatherapy method involving the application of carefully selected essential oils along the spine, feet and back using light touch techniques.
This treatment is designed to be deeply nurturing and restorative — often described as profoundly calming, grounding and rebalancing. Many people experience a sense of spaciousness, emotional release, nervous system settling, and renewed connection to the body.
Raindrop sessions are carried out in a peaceful, supportive environment and can be offered as a standalone treatment or integrated into a holistic session.
Raindrop was created by the founder of Young Living (Gary Young), who was inspired by the wisdom of the Lakota tribe, who used energy work and feathering movements along the spine to support alignment and emotional release. Capturing the healing energy of the Aurora Borealis. He also incorporated insights from the Hunza people and Inner Mongolian healing practices, combining these with his extensive knowledge of essential oils to create a holistic, full-body balancing method.
